1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Clipentra, operated by OMNIAMUS S.R.L., Ploiești, Romania. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. The service
Clipentra uses automated tools to transcribe source videos, suggest excerpts, generate titles, hooks, captions and social copy, and render short videos. Clipentra is a creator productivity tool, not a guarantee of audience growth, engagement, monetization or platform acceptance.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, transcribe, analyze, transform, render and display that content only as needed to operate and improve Clipentra. You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and lawful bases required to upload and transform the content, including rights relating to footage, music, voices, likenesses, trademarks and confidential material.
4. Your responsibility for output
AI and automated suggestions may contain errors, omit important context or be unsuitable. You must review every transcript, excerpt, title, caption and rendered clip before publication. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to render, download, publish or share and for complying with each destination platform's rules.
5. Prohibited use
- Do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Do not upload or process content you are not authorized to use.
- Do not create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive or exploitative material.
- Do not distribute malware, attack the service, evade security controls or abuse plan limits.
- Do not use Clipentra to exploit children or facilitate criminal activity.
6. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.
7. Trials, subscriptions and billing
Any introductory trial must be started through the applicable app-store checkout and may require a payment method. The store determines eligibility, trial duration, renewal price, billing, cancellation and refunds and displays those terms before confirmation. Trial access becomes a paid subscription unless canceled before the displayed trial end. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store account before renewal. Deleting Clipentra or your Clipentra account does not cancel a subscription.
8. Plan limits
Processing minutes, rendered clips, storage, output quality, available aspect ratios and other plan features are shown in the app. We may update features and limits for future billing periods. We will not retroactively change an already purchased fixed subscription period except when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or preventing abuse.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Video processing depends on file size, format, network conditions and third-party infrastructure. We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features and will provide notice of material adverse changes where practical or legally required.
10. Intellectual property
Clipentra, its software, visual identity and service content—excluding your content—belong to OMNIAMUS S.R.L. or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
11. Termination
You may stop using Clipentra and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, illegal use, non-payment, security risk or abuse, subject to applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clipentra is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. OMNIAMUS S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, platform enforcement or claims arising from content you provide. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid for Clipentra during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Courts in Romania will have jurisdiction without limiting mandatory consumer rights available in your country of residence. Before filing a formal claim, contact contact@omniamus.com so we can try to resolve it. We may update these Terms and will post the current version here.
