Delete your Addenvo account

You can permanently delete your account and the data associated with it without reinstalling the app.

Option 1

Delete inside Addenvo

  1. Open Addenvo and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Account, then Delete account.
  3. Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Option 2

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address used for your Addenvo account. Use the subject “Delete my Addenvo account.” We may send a verification link before processing the request.

What will be deleted

Your profile, projects, addenda, client contact details, uploaded photos and videos, other attachments, and active approval links will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized, normally within 30 days of a verified request.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Encrypted backups expire on their normal rotation. Any retained information remains protected and is not used for marketing.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account to prevent future renewals.
