1. Who we are
Addenvo is operated by OMNIAMUS S.R.L., Ploiești, Romania ("Addenvo", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at addenvo@aedifylab.com.
2. Information you provide
- Account information, such as your name, email address and business name.
- Project and addendum information, including client names and email addresses, scope descriptions, prices, dates, notes, and optional attachments you choose to capture or upload, such as photos and videos.
- Approval records, including the decision, typed name, timestamp and technical information needed to establish an audit trail.
- Messages you send to support and feedback you choose to provide.
3. Information collected automatically
We may collect limited device and service information needed to operate and secure Addenvo, such as app version, operating system, IP address, timestamps and diagnostic events. We do not use advertising SDKs and we do not sell personal data.
4. How we use information
- Provide, synchronize and secure your account and addenda.
- Store and display photos or videos you voluntarily attach to a project or addendum.
- Send approval links, service messages and requested notifications.
- Generate or improve draft wording when you explicitly use an AI-assisted feature.
- Prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve the product using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
5. Legal bases for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
We process account and service data to perform our contract with you; security and limited product-improvement data for our legitimate interests; data required by law to comply with legal obligations; and optional processing on the basis of consent where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
6. AI-assisted drafting
When you ask Addenvo to help draft or clarify an addendum, the text you submit and limited relevant context may be sent to our contracted AI service provider to generate the requested output. Do not submit secrets, highly sensitive personal data or information you are not authorized to share. AI suggestions can be wrong; you remain responsible for reviewing the final addendum before sending it.
7. Service providers and sharing
We share data only as necessary with providers that help us run Addenvo, such as Vercel for the public website, Railway for application services, Neon for database services, Resend for transactional email, an encrypted object-storage provider for attachments, and our AI provider when you use AI-assisted drafting. Apple and Google process app purchases under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
8. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable adequacy decisions.
9. Retention
We retain account and addendum data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize account content within 30 days, except for information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Encrypted backups may persist for a limited period before automatic expiry.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect access to your email and devices.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also appeal a denied request and complain to your local data-protection authority. Use the in-app controls, visit the Delete account page, or email addenvo@aedifylab.com. We may need to verify your identity.
12. Client recipients
If an Addenvo user sends you an approval link, that user is responsible for the project information they entered and for having a lawful basis to contact you. We process the approval page and its audit record to provide the service. You may contact the sender or us about your information.
13. Children
Addenvo is a business productivity service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
14. Changes and contact
